5. Nose Bleeds
Hormonal changes of your body can cause a swelling nose. This can lead to the stuffy nose. There is a possibility to get a nasal bleed. To stop a nasal bleed sit upright position and apply pressure to your nostrils. This will help to stop the nasal bleed within minutes. If not continue until the bleeding stops. 6. Frequent Urination
Frequent urination is the other change in your second trimester weeks. why, because the uterus is raising away from the pelvic cavity, this may result in frequent urination.
7. Acidity and Constipation
Acidity and constipation is also a problem in second trimester weeks. To avoid this, you have to eat more frequent smaller meals and try to avoid spicy and acidic foods. Add more fiber content food and drink extra fluids to avoid constipation.
